Stay for the controls.

Studio tiers get you in the door. Verify turns your scans into audit-grade evidence. Most teams start with one person and one question — then bring in the department.

Beyond Studio
Verify — audit-grade proof

Studio finds the drift. Verify proves the control ran and seals the evidence — Control Execution Records and SOX-ready exports an auditor can cite, plus full ODIS scoring. Sold with a short conversation, not a checkout.

Talk to us about Verify →
Early Access · Limited TimeStudio Unlimited and Verify are at early-access prices that end when the first 10 Verify departments are sold. Scan prices ($10 and $30) are flat — no renewal, no promo window. Full commitment terms are under the Verify table and in the FAQ below.
Verify — By Department

Your scans become evidence.

Verify turns drift detection into a running SOX control. Each department covers a named system group — Commissions, Payroll, RevOps, Benefits, or Finance Ops. You get ODIS scoring, full CER phases 1–2, 39 prepopulated SOX/COSO/PCAOB controls, and VERA full conversational analysis. Most teams start with one department. Pricing scales down as you add more.

Talk to Ken

Most Verify conversations start with a Studio scan already in hand. The trigger is simple: move to Verify when an auditor needs to cite your scan.

What drift costs

One miss can erase the year’s savings.

A typical mid-market org sees two to four of these a year. Each one, on its own, costs more than a year of scanning.

A late termination still on payroll$35K–$80K
A duplicate or wrong-amount payment$5K–$25K
A plan or quota mismatch$20K–$80K

Per-event ranges derived from EY (2022) correction-cost data, BLS wage data, and practitioner volume. The first scan is free; the full report is $10.

FAQ
Do I need to connect my systems to use OrgDrift?+
No. Studio tiers are fully CSV-based. Upload two exports, get your findings. No integrations, no OAuth, no IT ticket required.
What's the difference between Basic and Advanced?+
A Basic scan compares two files — one source, one target. An Advanced scan handles up to 10 CSVs in one run, useful when a single org change touches multiple downstream systems simultaneously.
When does it make sense to move from Studio to Verify?+
When you need the finding to become evidence. Studio tells you drift exists. Verify produces the Control Execution Record that proves a control ran, what it found, and what happened next. That's what SOX auditors need.
Is $30,000 a lot for a Verify department?+
One undetected comp error at the director level costs $50,000–$200,000 to remediate — payroll correction, legal review, audit documentation. Most Verify customers recover the cost in the first quarter. Workiva and comparable GRC platforms start at $75,000–$150,000/yr and don't do cross-system forensic reconciliation.
Are these the real prices?+
Yes. Studio Basic ($10/scan) and Studio Advanced ($30/scan) are flat per-scan prices — no promo, no renewal, no coupon codes. Studio Unlimited and Verify are early-access prices that will rise once the window closes; the strikethrough numbers show what new customers will pay then. For Verify, your commitment determines how long the early-access rate lasts: a 2-year commitment means paying $20,000/dept upfront — your rate is fixed for both years, then steps to then-current pricing at term end; a 1-year commitment gives you the rate for year 1 only, and your next annual renewal steps to $30,000/yr.
Does the early-access price lock in forever?+
No, not for Verify or Studio Unlimited. A 2-year Verify commitment means paying $20,000/dept upfront — your rate is fixed for the full 2-year term. When that term ends, you renew at the then-current price. A 1-year commitment gives you the early-access rate for year 1 only — renewal steps to $30,000/yr. Both options step to normal pricing eventually; the 2-year commitment just delays that step by one extra year. Studio Basic and Advanced are flat per-scan prices — no renewal, no early-access window.
